i'm unaware of a driver conflict(there might be one), but it could be your hardware components overheating, games generally use a lot of system resources and CPU usage... if your CPU is overheating it will/should force a system shutdown... it could also be related to damaged memory modules...
Let me not get you too worried about your computer hardware,
1.) Do you have the latest Display/device drivers installed...?
2.) Do you have the latest patch for the game(if any)..?
3.) Do you have any software for monitoring your system health..?
Does you pc crash playing any other games, protected by starforce? if not then it is more than likely not a driver conflict...
