    You don't need YASU to play with your original disc.

      I'm not. Works fine with both of my Athlon64 systems.

        So does mine as well with my Athlon64 x 2 3800+.

        My Processor Revision is 4b02. I think only certain Processor Revisions are having problems with the new version of Yasu, mainly th 0x00 Revisions.

          Hi there,

          I'm having trouble starting Civ4 Beyond the Sword. At first I tried the patched game and after failing due to the message "Please insert correct CD/DVD" I reinstalled and tried the unpatched version. None of them did work.
          I try using YASU 1.30.70.70 and DT4.10 + SPTD 1.5

          I've got one DVD Burner, one virtual drive (provided by DT4), another one provided by Power ISO. Alcohol 120% is installed but doesn't interfere right now (as far as I can tell).

          What could be the problem?

          @Reef

          You told you changed the Enum registry key ... but into what? Who should have full access and who not? I'm confused

          Thanks in advance for helping out

            What is the advantage of YASU beeing signed by DT Soft?
            Upgrade your programs:
            DaemonTools --- SPTD --- YASU --- PID

              None, as far as I know.

                if its signed, it can use the daemon.dll (even with the secure mode on)
                if its not signed, it cant use the daemon.dll unless secure mode is turned off...

                  Thats right. And now remember that DT Pro has no "unsecure" mode :-). YASU needs to be signed to work with DT Pro.

                    • IF it was signed, then it would. But it isn't, yet.
