  • DTLite e Securom 7.40

    Change the following two registry keys in the folder that contains the driver of DTLite:

    before

    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\HARDWARE\DEVICEMAP\Scsi\Scsi Port 6]
    "Driver"="ai5xksd9"
    "Interrupt"=dword:00000009

    after

    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\HARDWARE\DEVICEMAP\Scsi\Scsi Port 6]
    "Driver"="monitor"
    "Interrupt"=dword:0000000a

    The SCSI folder may be different.
    The backup of the original should start.
    Bye.

      alright so....what does this do? will i be able to bypass secuROM?

      im 90% sure that whatever you said could have allowed me to play divnity 2. the reason why i say "could" is because you for some reason did not clarify anything(nor do you feel the need to check back on your thread) and i have no idea what to do

        Why not try it yourself what he wrote?
        This trick is working for some, for some not.

          yeah i tried doing what he said.

          for starters i have no Scsi port 6 in my [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\HARDWARE\DEVICEMAP\Scsi\ directory. i checked all my other SCSi ports and none of them have

          "Driver"="ai5xksd9"
          "Interrupt"=dword:00000009

          or anything that resembles that so i didn't do anything because i didn't want to seriously mess anything up.

            This is also only working on XP as Vista and 7 is hiding/saving them at some other location.

                @khornesaturnine

                Not risk anything, to restore those registry keys simply reboot, however the keys:

                "Driver" = "ai5xksd9" (the value of this key is changing on every configuration, but is recognized because it is a series of letters and numbers)

                "Interrupt" = dword: 00000009 (probably the value is always the same)

                are always found in the directory HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ HARDWARE \ DeviceMap \ Scsi \ SCSI Port X, X is a variable and then the folder can be Scsi Port 0/1/2/3 etc. ... you have got to find.
                Hello.
