Heroes V -SecuROM Loader 1.2

Guys need help..

i kinda new to this SecuROM Loader 1.2, dont know how to use it to play heroes V.

loc of heroesV- E:\Programfiles\E:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Heroes of Might and Magic V\bin\H5_Game.exe

loc of asr- C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Desktop\New Folder\New Folder\asr.exe

any help would be nice.
