Email from McAfee:
Dear [my-email-address],
An incompatibility issue has been identified between the new TOPS Security Suite and Daemon Tools virtual CD software. The presence of Daemon Tools on your system may result in general system instability, BSOD's or a system reset, after TOPS has been installed.
Daemon Tools is freeware and is used to mount a virtual CD image in the form of a drive image file (.ISO) as an extra CD-ROM drive, and is mainly used to bypass CD protection schemes. The information at present, points to Daemon Tools as the source of the problem. Due to the status of Daemon, possible issues with Daemon Tools after TOPS has been installed, will be unsupported. We advise to uninstall Daemon before your system will be upgraded.
Daemon Tools can be uninstalled through the control panel, or please visit http://www.daemon-tools.cc/ for assistance.
Sincerely,
4Sure.IT Technical Support

Great. McAfee does not take any responsability in fixing the problem. They just say "whatever you use daemon tools for, we don't care, just uninstall it."
80% of our systems is not allowed to have their own CD drive, we use daemon tools to allow users to open certain authorised CD's from the network. Is that bypassing CD protection schemes?? Damn McAfee!
