Auto-change Drive Letter

Hi, my question is where to change the drive letter in the registry or in a ini-file?

I know that I change it in the settings, but I don't want to walk besides all the workstations in the network to change it after I recovered the workstations. Therefore I want to automatically change it in a ini-file or in the registry. It seems that it's not changeble nor in the registry nor in a ini-file.
