Installed software via ISO, unable to detect disc?

I recently reinstalled a backup of a game I had downloaded on another computer to my current one which was recently reformatted. Ive never had any issues previously with this, and couldnt necessarily find the solution on the forums yet. Im still fairly 'new' with virtual drives, etc and Im curious as to why Im getting a constant 'insert disc 1' error although I had zero problems installing the game I had backed up?

Its more of a generalized question, if this isnt the proper forum I apologize. Ive been unable to resolve this issue and Im still trying to fully understand Daemon. :o
