i downloaded daemon tools to see how it compared to alcohol.
after installing, i let the installer restart the computer.
toolbar? i didnt see it. now, i know the developers have worked long and hard to make daemon tools possible, so i will offer the slim chance that i downloaded a spoof. doubt it. the computer went into a restart cycle, never to fully start up. i uninstalled daemon tools, but the damage was already done. i spent about 10 minutes cleaning out the spyware. not long, because i knew where to find the files. i got it all.
a clever place to hide spyware, i will give you that.
the e-mail adress is one i created for this forum specifically. sending anything thru there is pointless.
