i'm having the same problem. I'm trying to run neverwinter nights. I have a dell 6400 inspiron laptop with windows xp. I have version 4.0.3 of Daemon Tools installed. I open the game, then press play and it says to insert the play disc. I downloaded the iso image. I found this information on the sight, i dont know if you need it or not:
