Caesar IV and SecuROM problem
So yeah I got the mini-image for Caesar IV as is on the GameBurnWorld website, and I tried it out, and I see how it tells me first to load the game EXE with SecuROM 1.2
I tried this, and it doesn't work. It gives me the error message:
"A required security module can not be activated.
This program can not be executed (12004)."
And apparently I'm not the only one this is happening to. Checking for this problem online, people on TorrentSpy have complained that no one can get their pirated copies working, and there was even a thread here which I suddenly can't access detailing the problem.
Since I didn't buy Caesar IV but rather borrowed the CDs and then gave them back, I can't access the game to see if it will work on my relatively old computer. Is there any solution to this SecuROM problem, or a No CD EXE yet?
