"Please Insert Disk" Message???

I have installed Daemon tools and have downloaded the game Football Manager 2006. I then mounted the drive and Installed the game but when I come to play the game by clicking my desktop item it just says "Please Insert Disk"

Could anyone please advise me what to do to play the game??

Any advice would be most welcome.
