please insert the correct cd etc

if i try to mount a .img that has previously worked ok i get the above message

i remove the program using control panel and reinstall it using daemon and get the above message

the same thing happens when i download the file again

it happens on 3 of 9 items of anatomy software - the others work ok still

any ideas please
