Scarface Secure Rom problem!!!

Ok, I'm not sure if I'm doin this secure rom thing right....

I mounted the .mds image using Daemon-Tools and I have all emulation settings enables. Then I did linked ASR.exe (D:\Scarface\asr.exe -r D:\Scarface\Scarface.exe), but when I click on the shortcut/link it still gives me the secure rom msg. "A required security module cannot be activated. This program cannot be executed (12004)." To be more specific I copied the error msg.

Is there something I'm doing wrong?? Sry I'm new to this secure rom stuff.

How did you create your Image (which program and setting)? Which Daemon-Tools version?

I'm not sure how the image was created, but buddy made it while he was over @ my house.

The version of Daemon is V4.03HE.

It's annoying b/c I can't get the game backup to work w/out secure rom pop'n up.
