I'd like to ask a related question...
I just purchased Two Thrones from the bargain bin for $15, but just realized it has Starforce on it, which I'm very paranoid about. I'm considering returning the game for that reason, and I haven't opened the package yet. There's been too much bad publicity about SF that I don't know what is real and what is not, and how safe it would be to even play this game which I purchased legitimately.
My question is... if I download the iso called
Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones (c) Ubisoft *CLONEDVD* by MIRROR, will it still install Starforce, or has it been removed from that release?
Its instructions similarly required removal of optical drives... does that imply that the Starforce protection will still be installed?
