hitman blood money help

i recently torrented hitman: blood money, mounted the .mds, instaled the game, etc. i cant play the game because i get the same error message, "hitman blood money has encountered a problem and needs to close", i get this message when i click play when i get to the autolaunch menu, and i get this message right away when i use the shortcut. i dont know whether or not this problem is with my emulation device, the game (i know i dont have the latest patches), anti blacklisting devices, or securom, can anyone help me out please?
