    Doesn't completely install games.

    I downloaded NHL 2003, it's 700 megs, so seems legit enough. Every time I install it, it freezes at 15% of installation. I downloaded a different NHL 2003, and it freezes at 25%!
    After being frozen, my computer's resources are drained, and I need to illegally reboot!

    Any ideas?
    Windows XP
    I have Nero and Easy cd creator...
    and Im not currently running easy cd creator, nore have I.
