No Drives? (dont understand other posts)

Ok I use daemon tools all the time- but after a reformat and I installed it- it wont work

this is what happens

As you can see from the pictures- daemon tools wont make drive letters- my computer doesn't show any drives- and device manager has some problem with them

I saw the "daemon tools not showing drives" forum but i didin't understand 1 word of what it said

any suggestions?
