game installed, won't start

I know I am not the first to ask this question, but I don't know what to do next. I used daemon tools to create a virtual disk. Installed my game without any problems. When I want to start though, I get a message that says it needs the original cd. I use the lowest drive letter (E) and also installed the game from this drive. I tried YASU (cloak devices), but none of these things seem to make a difference. My DVDROM's letter is Q by the way. Is there anything else I could try?
I hope I make myself clear, cause I'm not exactly a computer 'nerd' :wink:

What game are you talking about and how did you create the image?

OK this is embarrasing.. it's Desperate Housewives.. How did I create the image? What exactly is the image in this case?
