Problems with "loki"

Hi all,
this is my first post in DT-forum, so please be patient with me :-)
I'm running DT 4.09HE + SPTD 1.47... so far so good...
After installing "Loki" (German Action RPG), which seems to be protected by SF 4.08 rumors say, I'm getting the
"...detected Emulations-Software"
message all the time, no matter if I turn on/off Emulations, and no matter if I run latest YASU to cloak DT-drives.
Could someone help me on that???
I'm running Win VISTA, if this is of any interest.

how did you create youre image?? and what programm you used??

YASU is a tool for Securom and not STARFORCE. Just to let you know...

to be honest, I got it from a newsgroup! After disappointments like Titan Quest, Silverfall and Dawn Of Magic (yap, I like the Diablo way ;-) ) I won't buy a game before I tested it!
I's a CloneCD Image, and I heared from other gamers that they can play it... The run the same OS and DT Version than I do.
