ISO does not start*N00B needing advices*

Hey fellas,
I am using Daemon tools over a year ,since I used it to play games like xxxxxxx and xxxxxxxxxx(I am not telling =P)

Anyway,I wanted to mount an iso.
It is supposed to be a program,it even has his .cue,.ccd and .sub
files...
As I tried to mount ccd(and after that cue),it didn't worked...
Somehow after mounting the program does not start...either with mounting ccd or cue,it just doesn't work!

But well,I am a bloddy n00b,so I have no idea what goes on.

What should I due?

how did you make the image?

I...didn't made any image.I got the dates from a friend via USB-stick...seems he extracted the files out*shrugs*

What is making an image anyway?
