Daemon Tools ERROR! :( please help

Hi! Problem:
When i start Daemon Tools it says there is this problem



And when i click ok on that, and then try and right click on the red icon in the bottem right of my screan, it comes up with this problem



Then the icon from the bottem right of my screan disapears.

Please help. ive just recently got a load of files of the sims 2 which im DYING to play on but cant until this problem is resolved.
