Running 2 files at once

Hi, i've recently downloaded a game thats spread over 2 CDs and needs both CDs to be installed at the same time. Its in a .bin format with cues and I was directed to get daemon tools to open it. I've successfully managed to run the 1st disc (yay me!) but it keeps asking for disc 2 to complete installation which I dont know how to do... so is there anything I can do to run them both?
