  • Problem mounting images.

Hi, I'm new here. I'm having difficulty with Daemon Tools. I used Daemons Tools Lite to try and mount images (under .cue files), but it keeps saying: "Unable to mount image. File not accessible."

Through Microsoft Word, I extracted this information from one of the files. I hope this helps:

    TRACK 1 AUDIO
    INDEX 01 00:00:00

How have you created that cue file? Also you should try to remove the second "FILE "Track-02.iso" BINARY
    TRACK 2 MODE1/2048
    PREGAP 00:03:00
INDEX 01 00:00:00" at the end.

Also are you sure all that listed files are available in the directory where .cue file is located?
Make something idiot proof, but then they just make a better idiot

I didn't create it. I downloaded it from a site. I deleted that second file from word and saved it, but it's still not working.

Yes, all the file tracks are there, and "File 2" is definitely an ISO file.

      Any more help please?

Pardon. I should give you more details.

Indeed, I'm trying to play the PC-Engine/Turbo Grafx-16 on my computer. I downloaded the emulator called Ootake (the newest and latest PC-Engine/Turbo Grafx-16 emulator). It appears to work fine. The games I downloaded were 'Double Dragon II' and 'Strider'.

The games originally came in RAR files, so I had to uncompress them with WinRAR. That went fine. However, when starting up my emulator, it could not pick up the game files in my computer.

Someone suggested that I aquire Daemon Tools Lite to mount the images (which I had no trouble doing). Both 'Double Dragon II' and 'Strider' contained .CUE files. However, when I tried to mount these .CUE files, 'Unable to mount image. File not accessible.' would always pop up.

I hope this info helps. If you need more, please tell me. Please help if you can. Thanks.
