Cert installation

This is actually more of a development question. I have noticed that when you install the Generic Root Trust CA that you are able to do so without triggering any security alert messages. I am trying to add a cert to the IE Trusted Root Authorities as well while installing our software and I am unable to install the cert without triggering a security warning dialog. Could you help point me to how this is done without triggering the alert. If you would rather not post this to the forum you can contact me at my registered email address.
