Sega Saturn RoM CUE won't work..Please help me out its my favorite childhood game ><

Its the Magic Knight Rayearth game. Anyways on the folder of the game game these 3 things with it

a Circular Shape CUE ImageFile
A Readme Link
and a Magic Knight Rayearth.bin


when I try to do Mount Image and select it from the Magic Knight folder located on my desktop. It said "Unable to mount image, File not accessible" I did make sure the Files of Type: Was all images and then I went to specifically CUE and it made no difference, Any help would be really greatly appreciated for an older gamer gamer
