I'm having the same problem trying to play The Sims 2 University. I mounted the cds and it installed fine, but there is another file (MIR extension) that has to be mounted in order for the game to play(from the guide). I'm still new at this, but made the MIR file into a MDF file. All that comes up when this file is mounted is a folder with all the icons for autorun, support, tsdata, ect, but when I try to open any of them, "...is not a valid Win32 application" comes up. I'm running Daemon Tools Pro Advanced 4.30.03 evaluation on Windows XP Home. Any ideas on how to get this running? Any help would be appreciated.
