Game Crashing During Operation

Hello
I'm using the newest trial version. When I tried running my game it worked fine and I managed to create a save file. Now when I run the game, it still works fine until I try to load the save file, then the program just crashes without explanation.
Anyone have an explanation for why this is happening and what I can do about it?
P.S. the game is called 'Fable:the Lost Chapters'

Is this also happening with original disk?

I downloaded the game and I'm running the iso file; and sorry if I don't make some sense, I'm not really good with working with computers.
