my computer get stuck!

hi,
ive used almost every version of the deamon tools, and tried to install risen with the .mds / .mdf (wich together)
and after i mounted them i tried to install, it went well but in middle of installing my computer get stuck... and i cant do anything. my mouse wont move and my keybord wont respond.
can some1 help me?
