Try the guide posted here and follow every step regarding SPTD.

This is only necessary because the developers obviously lack competence on how to correctly and reliably register SPTD in Windows 7 x64 with UAC.

A Professional product, worth this status, should never require users to manually perform permanent registry permissions hacking, to work around their incompetence or expected issues, especially when it compromises OS security!


I don't think I am being overly hash, most other service/driver developers do not have this issue, because they provide installers which do the job properly; I am equally hash on other errant service/driver developers, and have already blacklisted some shareware due to developer hubris.
