Big problem, help!!!

Hello everyone
I'm Italian and I came across this wonderful forum on daemon tools.
Excuse my broken English, but I try to offer you a question.
I got a file *. iso and when I go to mount image with daemon, it fails to mount!
I explain my problem:

I do the classic passages to mount an image:

remains for two seconds and disappears...
but then nothing happens!!! Not mounted the image!
if I'm going to repeat the process:


but the image has not been assembled!
if I see in My Computer does not appear any new device!

please help me, I have not found in Italian sites help needed!

Did you try to set letter for virtual device via "Device Parameters" (Imposta Parametri Periferica) dialog?

Sway, why didn't you ban him directly. He is clearly using warez.
