Error Message: Unable to mount image. Cue sheet: line 1 - File not accessable

Okay, when going to Virtual CD/DVD-rom--> Device 0: [E:] No media --> Mount image --> and selecting "NEED.FOR.SPEED.UNDERGROUND.CD1-RAWKiNS.cue"
After pressing "NEED.FOR.SPEED.UNDERGROUND.CD1-RAWKiNS.cue" i get the error message "Error Message: Unable to mount image. Cue sheet: line 1 - File not accessable"
I have the option of pressing okay, and then nothing more happens ...

The bin filed, called "NEED.FOR.SPEED.UNDERGROUND.CD1-RAWKiNS" is in the same folder.

This is what it says when i open the .cue file with notepad:
