Can anyone help me as when Im opening nero it brings up the message (hardware acceleration is deactivated.Some capture devices may not work properly.You can activate hardware acceleration using the directx diagnostics tool). I have the drivers and utilities disc for the computer, sorry if this is a silly question but I'm no use when it comes to this sort of thing, thanks in advance, Patty
