Have Daemon Tools but still asking for disc

Hi,

I downloaded the Sims 3 Late Night last night and it was working perfectly without a disc. This morning when I try to play it, it is asking me to insert the disc for Late Night? I also noticed that there was a symbol over the Late Night file in daemon tools like a no access sign. Can someone please help me? Do I have to mount it or something?
