Disc is mounted (game) but when I click to play it it says please insert CD/DVD

Alright, the game disc is mounted, I go into computer and it recognises that the disc is mounted, I open it up, the game's menu comes up, I click play and then it says please insert CD/DVD. Can anybody sort out this problem?
