New to Daemon, need serious help.

DAEMON Tools Version: 3.46

Hi,
I just downloaded Daemon and installed without any trouble, but i dont know what to do now. I mount a .iso file to a drive that Daemon created, but then i dont know hwat to do.
When idouble click on the drive i mounted my .iso file on, it give the error message:

Disk is not formatted

Windows cannot read from this disk. The disk might be corrupted, or it could be using a format that is not compatible with windows.

So i need some serious help.

How have you created your ISO file? this ISO file is from which type of disc?

I downloaded the iso, and It's a CD image, not DVD
