Unable to mount image unable to access image file?

i'm having problems with one iso i can't seem to mount it daemon tools keeps giving me this error any help would be greatly appreciated

What kind of image are you trying to mount and how did you create the image (program and settings)?

it's one iso file almost 4 gigs big, the program wich created this i can't recall because i had this iso from a friend thnx in advance
