Windows Unable To Read Disk

Anti-virus Software: Nortan Antivirus
DAEMON Tools Version: v3.37

Hey. So I get everything set up and I goto play NFSU2. I mount the first CD, click on my E drive (Where I Mounted it) and it loads for a few minutes. and then says windows is unable to read disk... Here's some information that may help you help me.
