Error When Trying To Mount Image

Burning Software: Nero
Anti-virus Software: Norton antivirus corporate version
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.47

Hey.
I Have just downloaded daemon tools but when i try to mount a image it says: Unable to mount image. cue sheet: line 1 -file not accessable.
Please help me :cry:
