d-tools ask for cd1 whili image is mounte

i have problem .my install off the game"the punisher" was ok.but then hy askt : plaese insert disk 1 ans submit.i try to mounte the first cd but hy still aks for the some cd1 plaese help my i'm trying for 3 days now :x :x
