Make a small No-CD

I dowloaded many Daemon Tools no-cd's and I noticed thet they are onle 1-2Mb.. now I want to make no-cd by myself because I have pirated Sims- there is msf and mds files on this pirated disk pirates use them to make the game thinking that the original DVD in. but pirate's want us not thinking that they are pirates and did that I can't run the game whithout PIRATED copy of the sims... Difficult.. So the problem is how can i do so small no-cd as that which is in the Internet??????????
