DT won't mount the entire disc..?

Operating System: Windows XP Pro, SP 2
Burning Software: Nero 6 Ultra Edition, v 6.3.1.25
Anti-virus Software: AVG Free Edition, v 7.0.308
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.47

I'm having a pretty wierd problem..
When I mount the .cue-file and then try to install it works like a charm until the latter part of the installation. It then complains that some files are missing on the disc and when I explore the mounted disc I can confirm that those folders the installation wants to be there are simply gone.

Noone else that I know of have had this problem, and the only games that I've had this problem with so far are Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines and now this time Freedom Force vs the Third Reich.

If anyone know of a way to fix this, please let me know

How did you create the image (software and settings used)?
Does it install from original without error?

Since the game has yet to be released in my country I've had to dl a verson of it. I don't want to miss out on the game just because I can't buy it yet. (stupid slow import)

Vampires could be installed from the original disc when I got my hands on it, but when I tried to create an image of those I couldn't get it to work with dt.
