alcohol 120 images

hello i have 4 cd images, the extension is mdf, i can mount the image of cd1 to a virtual drive, but when i try to browse it a message pop ups telling that the format is not compatible with windows

what can i do to make that images work?

With every mdf file comes an mds file too. You will need to mount the mds file to get it working.

thanks for your reply, i don't have the mds files, only the mdf, i've searched for the mdf files but cant find them

is there another way to read the images, or can i generate new mdf files with a program??

The best is to recreate the mdf / mds files from your original cd !

I've noticed that you were asking for the mds files created for the cd images, this file is created when the original cd is to be copied as a image by the alcohol software, if you do not have the original cd the mds file creation is not possible.
I suggest you to re-make the image with the soft and back it up.
