error message when starting

DAEMON Tools Version: 3.47

i have installed daemon and mounted the image on g:, but when i double click on my game (sims 2 university) icon on the desktop, the game wont start and there's a microsoft error message where they ask u whether or not to send a report. what am i supposed 2 do, exactly, if i want 2 run the game? did i leave something out? please help me, somebody. thanks
