  • Can't install - Incorrect Command line parameters

    Operating System: Windows XP home
    Burning Software: Artisan Burner
    Anti-virus Software: Norton
    DAEMON Tools Version: 3.47

    Hi, i get this error when trying to install deamon tools... any chance one of you know why it's doing this? and what I can do to install deamon tool?

    Update your obsolete Windows Installer version via Windows Update.

          Well that's great.. but it won't download.. and the windows update pages just freezes on a screen that say's it is checking for latest updates.. and has stayed like it for 20 mins or so... Fucking microsoft, I blame Bill Gates. Anywhere else i can update my 'Obsolete Windows installer'?

          Who made it obsolete anyway? fucking bill gates that's who.. the cunt.

            Just in case someone else has the same problem.. download the Windows Installer 3.1 from here.. saving you the violatory anal probing from microsoft that occurs everytime u want to download something from microsoft's gay site.

              OK, After installing windows installer 3.1 and clicking to install deamon tools.. i just get a box saying

                Same has happened for someone else, appears the update he downloaded was corrupt.

                Try downloading it from the MS homepage again, I just got it in 27 seconds with an average download speed of 93.5kb/sec.

                Why does everyone always keep blaming Microsoft for whatever happens to their computers?!
