I discovered the following problem
I mounted the SFClone image of the Game "Neuro Hunter" in DT4
(x32) used SFN to disable my IDE drive and was able to start the game flawlessly. The image is 4.4 GB so it doesn't fit on a normal DVD+R.So I burned the image to a DVD+R DL. Then I put the burned DVD into my external USB DVD drive and mounted the image from there instead from the HDD.Again I was using SFN to disable the IDE drives. But this time starting the game caused a system crash (imediate crash to BIOS).This error can be reproduced, so it was not a one time circumstance. When using the HDD image again everything worked fine.Any ideas why?
