Error:Code 25057

I try to re-install DT 3.47.0.

Device Setup Error:Code 25057 (0*61E6),2(0*2).Contact your support personner

what should i do?

Re-install = v4 installed, un-installed and now installation of v3.47 gives that error?
Check thread about how to remove v4 in common problems and solutions forum. You must remove sptd.sys driver.

I don't really know what is v4? a version of the program?
first time I installed the same 3.47....
but i'll try to remove sptd.sys driver if it's still needed.

v4 = version 4 = v4.00 if you didn't install that version, you probably don't have sptd.sys installed.
Do you use AMD64? Or some alternative boot logo/screen?

I gues i use AMD64...anyway i didn't change enything in boot/logo...i have heard about it from you for the first time..
and maybe it's important that i olso installed Alkohol and deleted it than...Not with uninstall.exe or how it's caled...

You're using AMD64 if you have an Athlon 64 processor in your computer. However, you still need the standard (non-x64) version of Daemon Tools if you don't have Windows XP x64, just to prevent any confusion. Daemon Tools x64 is only for x64-based operating systems, the processor doesn't matter.

I've got Athlon64 processor and Windows XP.
I've got a game DVD and after first instaliation ( everything worked) i deleted DT 'cause I didn't know how to use it and that the game won't run without it.when I found out what was the problem I tryed to re-install DT downloaded from internet but here was this error. Tryed to install Alkohol and something else but the game's readme-file says it needs only DT 3.47.0
