I don't understand what I do wrong...

1) I uninstalled virtual drive and alcohol
2) I disabled the IDE's

3) Only the DT dvd-rom drive remained

4) I inserted the strange file in my DT4:

(is it normal that the extension is : sfclonedvd-mirror ?)

5) The file doesn't work

Hello, my problem is that I cannot find this stupid *.mds file. I have only *.mdf and I cannot use StarFu*k LinkGenerator. How can I find *.mds file ? Also when I use *.mdf with D-Tools it works fine and I have Virtual PoP T2T in Virtual Drive. Please help me because I cannot play this game...
