Ok, can someone explain in easy step-to-step guide for me how tod install and play this game?

I have download a .mdf file that is 4.5gb.

I have also downloaded .rar files that i maybe can do something with?

I have tried to mount the .mdf file in alcohol, then install it and then disable node and cd with SF. But it still wont work. So please, can u explain how I should do? I read sometinhg about make image file in Alchohol, how do I do that? Thanks.
