Funny things in registry

I ran Sysinternals' new "Root Kit Revealer" program, and found something odd:

HKLM\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\d346prt\Cfg\0Jf 40 12/16/2005 10:52 PM 0 bytes Hidden from Windows API.

Sure enough, I can't see that in the normal Regedit program. What's with it?

I would I know if an anomaly is "serious" until I investigate it? It's not like the registry entry clearly states the owner and intent, or anything.
