FEAR setup problem

for some reason. i tried to instqall FEAR and a cmd prompt windows comes up and says "Too big to fit in memory". i have read a few forums on the issue and none seem to help.the setup.exe is a cmd prompt application on my explorer window and on it's properties, it includes cmd prompt application options. can someone help me fix this? if i cant resolve this issue, can someone pm me the "setup.exe" (clean)?

Note: i will post my system specs if asked however i dont c how there is conflict.
Note 2: i mounted with alcohol and daemon tools (all up-to-date)
and i burn the image and tried it too.failed.

1. setup.exe is on your ORIGINAL disk..
2. it very much sounds like you are attempting to install the game from a mini image.. which obviously wont work
3. the chances of a setup.exe being a console application are VERY slim to say the least
